Den folgenden Beitrag erhielt die Schriftleitung der ZWR als Antwort auf die Veröffentlichung „Gesichtsschmerzen aus neurologischer Sicht” von S. Förderreuther und U. Bingel (ZWR – Das Deutsche Zahnärzteblatt 2008; 117: 576–583). Der Autor J. Lechner möchte mit seiner Ergänzung seine Erfahrungen zu Ursachen des Gesichtsschmerzes zur Diskussion stellen.
