Okulärer Therapieverlauf retinaler Hämangioblastome bei von-Hippel-Lindau-Syndrom (VHL)

Anamnese

Eine 27-jährige, ophthalmologisch asymptomatische, Patientin wurde uns erstmals im März 2007 zur Mitbeurteilung von der Urologie bei Erstdiagnose eines von-Hippel-Lindau-Syndroms vorgestellt.

Anamnestisch zeigte sich ein neuroendokriner Tumor im Bereich des Kopfes 2004, ein Nierenzellkarzinom rechts 2006 sowie neu aufgetretene bilaterale Phäochromozytome.
