Increasing Constipation and Abdominal Fullness

Introduction

Delaying diagnosis of cancers can result in detrimental side effects and mortality while the type of symptoms is suggestive of the stage of disease (Ryerson AB et al. Obstet Gynecol 2007; 109: 1053 – 1061). Here we present an unusual case of a patient with severe clinical signs of a huge abdominal tumor who presented to our service only after her son expressed sincere concern about her well-being. Prior to that, she had only consulted her homeopath.
