Zusammenfassung
Dieser Artikel beschreibt die theoretischen Grundlagen und die praktische Vorgehensweise der Attachment Based Family Therapy. Zunächst geben wir einen Überblick, wie die Bindungstheorie, das Konzept der Emotionsregulation und die Auflösung von Traumata unseren erfahrungsbasierten Behandlungsansatz beeinflussen. Anschließend werden die Ziele und der Aufbau der fünf Behandlungsschritte dargelegt, die als Plan für die wirksame kurzzeitorientierte Durchführung dieser interpersonell orientierten Familientherapie dienen.
