Summary
The given case is a small example of how with the help of the three steps of the Case
Witnessing Process – namely, Passive, Active and Active-Active – we can reach a deeper
understanding in cases as severe as autism; this case also provides a good example
of the importance of the mother's history during pregnancy to understand the unspoken
language of the child's energy being expressed through the mother. This concept challenges
the existing concept of the mother's state being transferred to the child, and explores
the new possibility.
