69-jährige Frau mit atypischer Angina pectoris und Schwindel

Was sehen Sie?

Die 69-jährige Frau wurde mit atypischer Angina pectoris, Dyspnoe bei Belastung und Schwindel stationär eingewiesen. Aufgrund eines auffälligen Befundes in der konventionellen Koronarangiografie (Abb. links) wurde anschließend eine Mehrschicht-Computertomografie (MSCT) nach intravenöser Kontrastmittelgabe durchgeführt.

Eine axiale Rekonstruktion auf Höhe des rechten Sinus Valsalvae (Abb. rechts) bestätigt den Verdacht aus der konventionellen Koronarangiografie und beweist das Ausmaß des Befundes.
