Zusammenfassung
Verletzungen und Überlastungsprobleme beim Sport nehmen im Kindes- und Jugendalter kontinuierlich zu. Neue Sportarten wie Inlineskaten, Snowboarden oder Trampolinspringen bringen neue Risiken und Verletzungsmuster mit sich. Auch durch die Verwendung immer schnellerer Sportgeräte steigt das Verletzungsrisiko für Kinder und Jugendliche. Dabei treten alterstypische Verletzungen und sportartspezifische Überlastungen auf. In dieser Arbeit soll ein Überblick der Verletzungen und Überlastungen gegeben werden, die bei Kindern und Jugendlichen im Rahmen sportlicher Aktivitäten auftreten.
