Strophanthin – ein besonderes Herzglykosid

Zusammenfassung

Strophanthin ist ein seit dem 19. Jahrhundert bekanntes und gut beforschtes Herzglykosid. Es ist bei richtiger Dosierung sicher und bis auf seltene Ausnahmen nebenwirkungsfrei. Die Besonderheiten dieses Medikaments werden im Folgenden erörtert und die Unterschiede zu Digitalis dargestellt.
