Frage: Von einer 67-jährigen Patientin wurde ich nach den Risiken einer Bisphosphonat-Therapie bezüglich Kieferentzündungen gefragt und ob dieses Risiko bei einer grenzwertigen Osteopenie einzugehen sei. Wie ist der Stand der Wissenschaft?
