Solide pseudopapilläre Tumoren des Pankreas

Einleitung
Pankreastumoren im jungen Erwachsenenalter sind sehr selten. So konnte in einer aktuellen Untersuchung, die die Daten der amerikanischen SEER-Datenbank zusammenfasste, eine Inzidenz von 0,05 /100 000 für das Auftreten eines malignen Pankreastumors bei Patienten vor dem 30. Lebensjahr errechnet werden. Den größten Anteil nahmen hier duktale Adenokarzinome und neuroendokrine Karzinome ein, Pankreatoblastome und solide pseudopapilläre Tumoren umfassten jeweils 10 % [1].
Solide pseudopapilläre Tumoren treten prädominant bei Frauen auf, werden häufig zufällig – insbesondere bei der Abklärung unklarer Oberbauchbeschwerden – diagnostiziert und haben eine sehr gute Prognose.
