Zusammenfassung
Seit Anfang des Jahres ist das Patientenrechtegesetz in Kraft und muss in der anästhesiologischen Praxis beachtet werden. Konkrete Auswirkungen ergeben sich insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Aufklärung des Patienten. Der Beitrag beleuchtet konkrete Problemstellungen wie etwa Inhalt der Aufklärung, Delegation des Aufklärungsgesprächs, Aufklärung bei Einwilligungsunfähigen und fremdsprachigen Patienten sowieDokumentation.
Abstrac
Since the beginning of the year the Law on Patient Rights (“Patientenrechtegesetz”)has beenin force and has to be obeyed in anesthesiological practice.It has especially specific consequences for the patient information about all possible risks. The present article takes a look at specific problems, such as the content of the information about the risks, the delegation of the conversation with the patient, the information about the risks in the case of an inability to consent or in the case of foreign-speaking patients and -last but notleast - the documentation.
