Traumatischer Frontzahnverlust und die Versorgungsmöglichkeit durch Autotransplantation von Zähnen – ein Fallbericht

Zusammenfassung
Dieser Fallbericht beschreibt die Behandlung eines männlichen Patienten, der die oberen zentralen Schneidezähne durch ein Trauma verloren hatte. Die Therapie umfasste die Autotransplantation von 2 unteren Prämolaren in die Region der oberen zentralen Schneidezähne mit anschließender Kompositrestaurationen der Prämolaren und dem Lückenschluss mittels Kieferorthopädie im Unterkiefer. Die aktive Behandlungsdauer betrug 3,5 Jahre und es konnte eine Angle-Klasse-I-Verzahnung im Eckzahnbereich und eine Angle-Klasse-III-Verzahnung im Molarenbereich eingestellt werden.
Abstract
This case report presents the treatment of a male patient with posttraumatic tooth loss of the upper central incisors. The treatment included the autotransplantation of 2 lower premolars in the area of 11, 21 with the following esthetic restorations with composite and the orthodontic treatment. The active treatment lasted 3.5 years with an angle class I in the canine region and an angle class III in the molar region.
