Fazit

Laparoskopisch assistierte Shuntimplantationen zeigen weniger distale Shuntdysfunktionen bzw. -versagen als konventionell eingebrachte Shunts und sind eine Alternative, die zudem tendenziell kürzere Operations- und Liegezeiten erzielt.
