GO-FURTHER ist eine randomisierte, multizentrische, doppelblinde, plazebokontrollierte Phase-III-Studie, die die Effektivität und Sicherheit einer Kombinationstherapie des TNF-a-Inhibitors (TNF-a: Tumornekrosefaktor-a) Golimumab und des Basistherapeutikums für rheumatoide Arthritis (RA), Methotrexat (MTX), untersucht. Nun haben die US-amerikanischen Autoren die Ergebnisse nach 24 und 52 Wochen vorgestellt.
