Abstract
Lumbopelvic pain following childbirth is a common problem. Changes in biomechanical conditions and a decreased stability of the lumbopelvic area are possible causes.
This systematic review examined existing studies to assess the effectiveness of stabilising exercises for the reduction of lumbopelvic pain after pregnancy. The included articles demonstrated only poor evidence.
