Unter dieser Rubrik werden Krankengeschichten von Patienten vorgestellt, die in der täglichen Praxis immer wieder vorkommen und zu diagnostischen und therapeutischen Problemen Anlass geben können. Im ersten Teil erfolgt die Darstellung des Vorberichts und des klinischen Erkrankungsbildes. Um den Leser zu eigenen Überlegungen anzuregen, werden das weitere Vorgehen und die erforderlichen diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen an anderer Stelle im Heft erörtert.
