Insomnien bei psychischen Erkrankungen

Bei vielen psychischen Erkrankungen finden sich Schlafstörungen in wechselnder Häufigkeit und Intensität. Insomnien sind in diesem Zusammenhang oft unspezifisch und haben wenig differenzialdiagnostische Aussagekraft. Dennoch hat die enge Assoziation von Insomnie und psychiatrischen Erkrankungen eine hohe klinische Relevanz und beide Krankheitsbilder bedürfen einer genauen diagnostischen Abklärung und Behandlung.
