Hypnotherapie ist eines der ältesten Heilverfahren. Ihre moderne, wissenschaftlich anerkannte Form bietet wirksame Psychotherapie für zahlreiche psychische, verhaltensbezogene und medizinische Störungen. Das breite Interventionsspektrum erlaubt die Behandlung von körperlichen, kognitiv-emotionalen und verhaltensbezogenen Problemen, die auch Schlafstörungen bedingen.
