Zusammenfassung

Gegenstand und Ziel: Die psychosoziale Evaluation von Transplantationskandidaten spielt eine große Rolle für deren Aufnahme in die Warteliste. Bisher fehlen Richtlinien für diese Evaluation. Es wurden verschiedene Instrumente (PACT, TERS, SIPAT) vorgestellt, um das psychosoziale Funktionsniveau von Patienten standardisiert zu erfassen und zu bewerten. Material und Methoden: Es erfolgte eine Literaturrecherche zu den Skalen und ein Vergleich der Daten im Hinblick auf Zielsetzung, Design, Anwendung und wissenschaftliche Datenlage mit Fokus auf Inter-Rater-Reliabilität und Vorhersagewahrscheinlichkeit. Ergebnisse: Es bestehen Ähnlichkeiten zwischen den Skalen in Aufbau und Qualitätsmerkmalen, wobei das SIPAT die aktuelle Datenlage am umfassendsten implementiert und für die Verwendung am Patienten konzipiert wurde. Schlussfolgerungen: Das SIPAT erscheint am ehesten geeignet, die psychosoziale Evaluation des Transplantationskandidaten zu unterstützen. Klinische Relevanz: Die psychosoziale Evaluation von Transplantationskandidaten bedarf angesichts ihrer hohen Qualitätsanforderungen einer größeren Standardisierung.

Summary

Objective: Psychosocial evaluation of candidates for transplant plays an important role for them to get wait-listed. So far there is no directive for the implementation of this evaluation. Different standardized instruments have been published (PACT, TERS, SIPAT) to record and assess the level of psychosocial functioning in a patient. Material and methods: We searched the PubMed database for literature concerning aim, design, application and available data for inter-raterreliability and prediction accuracy for the mentioned scales. Results: There are analogies between the scales concerning design and quality features. The SIPAT seems to have the best implementation of actual data and was constructed for application in patient contact. Conclusions: SIPAT at the moment seems best qualified to support the psychosocial evaluation of transplant candidates. Clinical relevance: Given the high quality standards necessary psychosocial evaluation of transplant candidates requires better standardization.
