Aminosäuren in normalen menschlichen Thrombozyten

Zusammenfassung

Durch Eluationschromatographie an Ionenaustauschern wurden 6 AS-Gruppen und die Iminosäure Prolin in Thrombozyten quantitativ bestimmt. Der größte molare Anteil der AS entfällt auf die Gruppe der Monoaminodicarbon-säuren. Thrombozyten enthalten in hoher Konzentration Taurin.
