49-jährige Frau mit Synkopen, Schwindelattacken und Palpitationen

Eine 49-jährige Frau stellt sich mit rezidivierenden Synkopen, intermittierenden Schwindelattacken und Palpitationen vor. Neurologische und HNO-ärztlichen Untersuchungen im Vorfeld waren völlig unauffällig. Die Synkopen wurden Jahre zuvor auf symptomatische Bradykardien zurückgeführt, weshalb der Patientin vor 8 Jahren ein Schrittmacher implantiert wurde. Ein aktuell durchgeführter Schellong-Test ergibt zwei pathologische Befunde (▸ [ Abb. 1 ]).
