Frakturen von Radius und Ulna stellen bei Toy-Rassen eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Aufgrund anatomischer und morphologischer Unterschiede kann es im Vergleich zu anderen Hunderassen vermehrt zu Komplikationen kommen, insbesondere zu einer verzögerten oder ausbleibenden Heilung. Aus diesem Grund erfordern derartige Frakturen gute chirurgische Grundkenntnisse und eine sorgfältige Planung und Therapie.
