Anamnese

Eine rüstige 80-jährige Patientin (Gravida II, Para II) stellte sich gezielt zur operativen Therapie eines malignen Uterustumors unklarer Klassifizierbarkeit vor. Im Vormonat waren in einem auswärtigen Krankenhaus eine Hysteroskopie und fraktionierte Abrasio wegen einer 6-wöchigen Blutung im Senium erfolgt. Aufgrund des malignen histologischen Befunds war der Patientin dringend zu einer Tumoroperation geraten worden.

Abgesehen von einer arteriellen Hypertonie war die Patientin immer gesund. Auch jetzt fühlte sich die Patientin wohl. Ein Uterus myomatosus sei langjährig bekannt.
