Die 73-jährige Patientin stellte sich notfallmäßig aufgrund einer akut aufgetretenen Sprachstörung vor. An relevanten Vorerkrankungen bestand eine seit ca. 20 Jahren zum Teil hochaktive sero-positive rheumatoide Arthritis mit Lungenbeteiligung, die zuletzt mit Methotrexat behandelt wurde.
