Pulmorenales Syndrom auf der Intensivstation: Differenzialdiagnose, Diagnostik und Therapie

Eine zeitgleiche Lungen- und Nierenschädigung ist eine häufig anzutreffende Krankheitsmanifestation bei Intensivpatienten. Am häufigsten liegt ein Multiorganversagen bei Sepsis vor, dennoch muss auch immer an seltenere Ursachen wie beispielsweise ein pulmorenales Syndrom im Rahmen von Vaskulitiden gedacht werden.
