Innovations: a dawning of a new age

Without innovations there can be no evolution in our specialty. Without evolution, there cannot be progress. Without progress there can be no better outcomes. And to make even better outcomes, there must again be innovations. Indeed an infinite loop, imperative so our very existence will never end.
