Pyogenic Spondylitis with Scheuermann's Disease

Summary:

We present the case of a teenager suffering from dorsal and lumbar pain. Imaging modalities diagnosed a lumbar retromarginal anterior herniation and thoracic spondylitis. Such association has been reported twice in the literature.

Es wird der Fall eines Adoleszenten mit dorsalen Schmerzen und Lumbalschmerz beschrieben. Bildgebende Diagnoseverfahren ergaben eine lumbale retromarginale anteriore Hernie mit thorakaler Spondylitis. Über eine derartige Kombination ist in der Literatur bisher zweimal berichtet worden.
