Fallbeschreibung

In unserer Sprechstunde wurde ein 71-jähriger Patient (guter Allgemeinzustand, keine ernsthaften Vorerkrankungen, Schwester an einem Mammakarzinom erkrankt) mit einer seit etwa 5 Wochen bestehenden schmerzhaften Mamillenschwellung der rechten Mamma zur Mitbeurteilung und Mitbehandlung vorgestellt. Palpatorisch fand sich ein etwa 1 cm großer, verschieblicher Tumor von fester Konsistenz retromamillär in Richtung oberer äußerer Quadrant, keine Mamillensekretion, linke Mamma sowie beide Axillen ohne weiteren Tastbefund. Keine CRP-Erhöhung, keine Leukozytose.
