Abstract
An expeditious solvent-free synthesis of pyrazolino/iminopyrimidino/thioxopyrimidino imidazoline derivatives from readily accessible oxazolones on solid support using microwaves is described. The reaction time has been brought down from hours to minutes with improved yield as compared to conventional heating.
