Extrauteringravidität in einer nicht kommunizierenden Tube bei Uterus unicornis

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 29-jährige Patientin mit einer Extrauteringravidität in einer nicht kommunizierenden Tube rechts bei Uterus unicornis (Buttram Klasse II b) links. Zusätzlich bestand eine renale Agenesie rechts. Das Corpus luteum stellte sich im linken Ovar dar. Dieser Befund unterstreicht, dass die transperitoneale Migration von Oozyten und Spermien möglich ist.

Summary

We describe a 29-year-old patient with an unruptured pregnancy in a noncommunicating heterotopic right fallopian tube. The tube was associated with an unicornuate uterus (Buttram class II) with a normal contralateral tube and ovary and agenesis of the right kidney. The corpus luteum of pregnancy was in the left ovary. This case provides evidence for transperitoneal sperm and oocyte migration.
