Abstract
Anatomic dissections in 40 upper extremities were performed in order to better understand vascular anatomy of the palmar distal radius and to raise vascularized bone grafts from that surface. The results of this investigation and the technical aspects in raising a bone graft from the distal palmar radius, pedicled on the palmar carpal arch for scaphoid non-unions are reported.
