Zusammenfassung
Die aneurysmatische Knochenzyste des Handskeletts ist ein seltenes Krankheitsbild
(nur 3 bis 4 % aller AKZ; Tillmann und v. Torklus 1966[32]) und erfordert ein differenziertes Therapieregime.
In dem vorliegenden Fall war das Os metacarpale IV der rechten Hand betroffen (Stadium
3 nach Enneking).
Aufgrund des raschen Wachstums wurden eine radikale Exzision und der Ersatz des resezierten
Anteils des Os metacarpale IV durch einen bikortikalen Beckenkammspan durchgeführt.
Die Einheilung des Spanes erfolgte problemlos; das funktionelle Ergebnis ist gut.
Ein Hinweis auf ein Rezidiv ist bis zur letzten Nachuntersuchung 12 Monate postoperativ
nicht nachweisbar.
Abstract
Aneurysmal bone cysts of the hand skeleton are rare (only 3 to 4 % of all ABC; Tillmann
and v. Torklus 1966[32]) and require a differentiated treatment.
In the presented case, the fourth metacarpal bone of the right hand was affected (Enneking
stage 3). On account of its rapid growth, radical excision was performed and the resected
metacarpal bone was replaced by a bicortical iliac crest graft. The bone graft healed
in without complications, the functional result is satisfactory. On twelve-month follow-up
there were no signs of relapse.
