Zusammenfassung
Persistierende oder rezidivierende Harninkontinenz kommt nach Implantation eines artifiziellen Sphinkters vor. Die Ursachen wurden beschrieben. Die Fehlerfindung ist anhand eines Untersuchungsalgorhythmus fast immer möglich. Die Behandlung richtet sich nach den Ursachen.
Abstract
Persistent or recurrent urinary incontinence may occur after implantation of an artificial sphincter. The causes are described. A logical, systematic algorithm has been designed to facilitate identification of the disorders. Treatment is based directly on the causes of incontinence.
