Management einer TVT-Komplikation - eine Falldarstellung

Zusammenfassung

Der Autor berichtet den Fall einer TVT-Komplikation in Gestalt einer Blutung in das Cavum Retzii. Das Hämatom wurde unter Verwendung laparoskopischen Instrumentariums abgesaugt und so eine offene Revision vermieden.

Abstract

The author reports a case of a hemodynamic relevant hemorrhage in the space of Retzius after TVT-procedure. The hematoma was treated by the use of laparoscopic suction-instruments avoiding a secondary laparotomy and open revision.
