Geburtshilfliches Vorgehen bei großem fetalen Steißbeinteratom

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über das klinische Management bei einem Fetus mit großem fetalem Steißbeinteratom berichtet. Auffällig war eine Thrombozytopenie bei dem Neugeborenen. Hierfür wird das Steißbeinteratom als „Thrombozytenfänger“ verantwortlich gemacht. Das geburtshilfliche Vorgehen bei großem fetalem Steißbeinteratom wird diskutiert.

Abstract

We describe the obstetric management of a fetus with a large sacrococcygeal teratoma. The neonate developed thrombocytopenia, probably due to sequestration of platelets in the teratoma. The management of fetus-neonates with sacrococcygeal teratomas is discussed.
