Klinischer Fallbericht
Wir berichten über eine 75-jährige Patientin mit einem adenoid-zystischen Karzinom (ACC) der Brust. Das ACC der Brust ist mit 0,1 % aller Mammakarzinome sehr selten. Die mammographischen und sonographischen Kriterien weisen eher auf einen gutartigen Befund hin.
Diskussion
Um eine Missdiagnose zu vermeiden, sollten Farb- und Power-Doppler-Sonographie und MRT eingesetzt werden. Bei häufig negativem Rezeptorstatus und geringer Strahlensensibilität sind die einfache Mastektomie und die Chemotherapie die therapeutischen Mittel der Wahl.
Abstract
We report on a 75-year-old woman with adenoid cystic breast carcinoma (ACC). ACC is very rare: it represents about 0.1 % of all breast cancer. On mammography and ultrasonography, ACC appears more like a benign than a malignant lesion. Color and Power-Doppler sonography and MRT should be used to prevent misdiagnosis. ACC is often receptor-negative and not very radiation sensitive. Therefore, simple mastectomy and chemotherapy comprise the treatment of choice.
