A Convenient Synthesis of 2,3,4,5-Functionalised Thieno[2,3-b]thiophenes

Abstract

A two steps simple synthesis of 2,3,4,5-functionalised thieno[2,3-b]thiophenes 2-6 from ketene dimethylthioacetals is described.
