Erwiderung: Die nicht-chirurgische Therapie des iatrogenen Aneurysma spurium

a) Zu den Referenzen ist zu sagen, dass die Tab. [1] mit dem Übersichtsartikel eingereicht und wegen Platzmangel nicht veröffentlicht wurde. Sievert und Mitarbeiter sind, im Gegensatz zu den meisten Autoren dieser Tabelle, im Artikel [23] zitiert worden, wie Sie beim sorgfältigen Lesen sicher festgestellt haben werden.

b) In einem Übersichtsartikel sollen unseres Erachtens keine „Kurzfassungen/Abstracts“ die älter als 2 Jahre sind, zitiert werden. An der zeitlichen Abfolge der Beschreibung (siehe Tabelle) hätte es nichts geändert.

c) Sinnvoll ist der Hinweis auf das Register. Es ist erfreulich, dass in 5 Jahren aus 12 Zentren bereits 228 Patienten eingeschlossen worden sind. Wenn man aber die große Zahl an Herzkatheterlaboren im deutschsprachigen Raum berücksichtigt, so ist es wichtig, auf die Existenz des Registers verstärkt öffentlich hinzuweisen. Meinen Mitarbeitern und mir war die Existenz eines Registers nicht bekannt. Gerne sind wir bereit, unsere Patienten dort einzubringen.
