Fig. 4 Immunostaining for ERβ in adult female mouse parametrial adipose tissue from WT (A) or αERKO (B) mice. Specific staining for ERβ was seen in nuclei in adipose tissue from both the WT and αERKO mice (arrows), while the control sections incubated with preimmune serum from the same sheep (C) did not show nuclear staining.
