Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über einen Fall von fetalem Steißbeinteratom, das mittels Ultraschall in der 29. Schwangerschaftswoche festgestellt wurde. Bei der Mutter handelte es sich um eine 31-jährige III gr/II p, die sich zu spät zur Vorsorgeuntersuchung vorstellte. Sie wurde mittels Kaiserschnitt entbunden, das Kind verstarb kurz danach. Dem vorliegenden Bericht wird eine Diskussion über Diagnosestellung und Management sowie eine ausgiebige Übersicht der internationalen Literatur angeschlossen.

Fazit für die Praxis

Berichtet wird über einen Fall von fetalem Steißbeinteratom, das mittels Ultraschall in der 29. SSW festgestellt wurde.

Abstract

We report on a case of fetal sacrococcygeal teratoma diagnosed by ultrasound at 29 weeks' gestation.

The current report refers to a case of fetal sacrococcygeal teratoma which was diagnosed ultrasonographically at 29 weeks of gestation. The 31-year old mother, III gr/II p. was often lost to follow-up until the date of admission. She was delivered by cesarean section, the newborn died shortly thereafter. Attached to the current article there is a discussion with regard to diagnosis and management and a thorough review of the international literature as well.
