Verhaltenstherapie der Anorexia nervosa

Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt die wesentlichen Elemente der kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutischen Behandlung der Anorexia nervosa. Zentrale Ziele der Behandlung vor dem Hintergrund eines spezifischen Krankheitsmodells der Störung sind die Schaffung guter motivationaler Voraussetzungen, Gewichtszunahme und Normalisierung des Essverhaltens, Verbesserung von Körperwahrnehmung und Förderung der Körperakzeptanz, Bearbeitung zugrunde liegender Konflikte und Planung und Umsetzung eigenverantwortlicher Veränderungsschritte zur Förderung von Autonomie und Selbständigkeit. Die entsprechenden Behandlungselemente werden im Einzelnen beschrieben, Besonderheiten der Behandlung (z. B. allgemeine Rahmenbedingungen, stationäre Behandlung, Beziehungsgestaltung, Motivationsförderung, Umgang mit kognitiven Verzerrungen) werden näher erläutert.
