Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der Behandlung des Hämorrhoidalleidens ist es, die Beschwerden und das Leiden des Patienten zu beseitigen oder zu lindern. Die Behandlungsmethode soll möglichst ambulant durchführbar, schmerzlos und komplikationsarm sein. Dies leistet die Methode nach Morinaga, deren Machbarkeit und Frühergebnisse anhand von 281 Patienten vorgestellt werden.

Abstract

The aim of treating patients suffering from hemorrhoids is to eliminate or to relieve their complaints. The method should be performed on an out-patient basis, and should be painless and low rated concerning complications. The Morinaga technique fulfills these conditions, its feasibility and the results in 281 patients are presented.
