Beachtung sollen
Kalzium-absorptionshemmende Nahrungsbestandteile und deren mengenmäßige Begrenzung
finden.
Abstract
In recent years, the efficiency of nutritional intervention in the prevention and
in the supportive treatment of osteoporosis has been emphasized. The main intention
of medical advice is directed on improving the supply of both calcium and its enteral
resorption and vitamin D and vitamin K1, in addition to an adequate sun exposure. Nutrients with an inhibitory effect on
calcium absorption should be determined and their consumption limited.
