Seltene Tumorentität - Aggressive Fibromatoseder Thoraxwand

Zusammenfassung

Die aggressive Fibromatose stellt einen semimalignen Tumor mit hoher Rezidivneigung dar, der häufig bei jüngeren Patienten vorkommt. Im Folgenden wird der Fall einer Patientin mit einem ausgedehnten Rezidiv einer aggressiven Fibromatose der lateralen Thoraxwand vorgestellt. Die erfolgreiche chirurgische Behandlung durch weite Exzision in Kombination mit einer Radio-Chemotherapie erzielte ein exzellentes funktionelles und gutes kosmetisches Ergebnis.

Abstract

Aggressive fibromatosis is known as a semi malignant tumor with the tendency to relapse. Especially younger people are often infested. In the following report the case of a woman with the relapse of an aggressive fibromatosis of the lateral chest wall is demonstrated, who underwent surgical treatment and radiotherapy/chemotherapy with an excellent functional and good cosmetic result.
