Zusammenfassung

Obturatorhernien repräsentieren weniger als 0,1 % aller Hernien. Sie werden häufig erst bei Inkarzeration symptomatisch. Richtungsweisend kann ein positives Howship-Romberg-Zeichen sein, d. h. die Irritation des N. obturatorius. Wir stellen den Fall einer 76-jährigen Patientin mit inkarzerierter Obturatorhernie als Ursache eines Dünndarmileus vor. Diagnose und operative Versorgung der Obturatorhernie werden diskutiert.

Abstract

Obturator hernias represent less then 0.1 % of all hernias. They often cause symptoms not before incarceration. A positive Howship-Romberg sign i. e. the irritation of the obturatorius nerve can point the way. We present the case of a 76-year-old woman with a incarcerated obturator hernia as cause of a small bowel obstruction. Diagnostic means and surgical repair of obturator hernia are discussed.
