Ellenbogenarthroskopie - was ist machbar?

Zusammenfassung

In der Übersichtsarbeit werden die Möglichkeiten der arthroskopischen Chirurgie am Ellenbogengelenk aufgeführt und diskutiert. Inwieweit diese Techniken dem Einzelnen vertraut sind beeinflusst das tägliche und individuelle Handeln. Die Prognose hängt von der korrekten Indikationsstellung und der vorgenommenen Therapie ab. Was machbar ist, bestimmt zu weiten Teilen der operativ tätige Chirurg selbst, zum anderen sind Angaben in der aktuellen Literatur bei der Entscheidung zum operativen Handeln mit ins Kalkül zu ziehen, um ein bestmögliches Behandlungsergebnis zu erzielen.

Abstract

In this review the possibilities for arthroscopic surgery on the elbow are presented and discussed. The extent to which individual surgeons are familiar with the techniques depends on their own particular daily routines. The prognosis depends on a correct assignment of the indication and appropriate therapy. On the one hand, what is possible is determined to a large degree by the experience of the individual surgeon him-/herself. On the other hand, reports in the current literature must be taken into account in order to achieve the best possible therapeutic result for each and every patient.
