Abstract

The preparation of an H-phosphonoselenoyl group transferring reagent, 9-fluorenemethyl H-phosphonoselenoate, and its application to the synthesis of separate diastereomers of nucleoside 3′-H-phosphonoselenoate monoesters, are described.
