Origins and Predictions of Stereoselectivity in Intramolecular Aldol Reactions Catalyzed by Proline Derivatives

Abstract

Computational investigations of the Hajos-Parrish-Eder-Sauer-Wiechert reaction catalyzed by various proline derivatives reveal the origins of stereoselectivity and led to predictions for new catalysts.
