Ultraschall in der Medizin/ European Journal of Ultrasound is pleased to report that
its impact factor for 2004 has increased to 1.480 (cf. IF 2003: 1.473; IF 2002: 1.114),
with a ranking of 45 out of 84 journals in its category. The number reflects the continued
hard work and dedication of the editorial staff and we would like to congratulate
the authors, reviewers and the editors for maintaining the highest standards of the
journal.
