My first impressions of Goa were of the red earth, red-tiled roofs, emerald-green rice paddies, coconut trees everywhere, and a warm wind blowing on my face. It was exhilarating. The seminar venue was at the Intercontinental Grand Resort, situated right on an idyllic, unpopulated beach. The 180 delegates, from 19 different countries, stayed at the resort, or less grandiose hotels or bamboo huts on nearby beaches, a short walk away.

This seminar report does not elucidate the principles of Dr. Sankaran's concepts and method, but rather is focused on how, being accustomed with the ‘Sensation method’, it can be used more effectively in practice.

This was my third seminar presented by the HRC group, and after each seminar I returned to my practice to experience much excitement, and yet also a certain frustration when I could not emulate the skill and success we saw in the seminar cases. Therefore, this year I was keenly listening to see how I could use this method more effectively in my own practice. I have highlighted the main points I learned, so that the system may work more efficiently in practice.
